I have made new connections and appreciate the opportunities we had to learn – about different leadership styles, agriculture in Minnesota and tools to grow ourselves.

The experiences and tools that MARL gave me continue to play a huge part in my life, from everyday decisions to board meetings to evaluating new opportunities. MARL was truly a “best yes” for me, and continues to drive my “best yes” answers for my community, my career, and my family.
